SUPERABSORBENT
An amazingly comfortable dressing, designed to manage very high amounts of exudate that are absorbed and retained in the superabsorbent core – even under compression. MMPs and bacteria will be bound in the superabsorbent core, further contributing to effective wound healing. Unlike many superabsorbent dressings it will handle viscous exudate well, due to a mixed core of SAPs and natural fibers. It will also maintain shape, securing persistent performance.

Designed to manage exceptional amounts of exudate that are absorbed and retained in the superabsorbent core – even under compression. MMPs and bacteria will be bound in the superabsorbent core, further contributing to effective wound healing. Excellent exudate handling also of high viscosity exudate due to a mixed core of SAPs and natural fibers, and a silicone layer (silicone version only) with bigger than usual holes. Absorbent core will not sag and will not excessively expand, securing persistent performance.
